Easy Southern Cooking/ Rhubarb Pie
Rhubarb Pie1/2 cups uncooked rhubarb (stems only)1 cup sugar1 egg2 Tablespoons melted butter2 tablespoons flour1 unbaked pie shellCut rhubarb into small pieces. Add the sugar and mix well. Beat egg and blend in butter and flour. Add to rhubarb, mix well. Pour all into pie crust. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 10 minutes, then lower temperature to 350 and bake until filling is set. |
