Easy Corn Pudding

2 c. cream corn
2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1 c. milk
Salt to taste
3 tbsp. melted butter
3 beaten eggs

Mix flour and corn, add sugar, milk and salt. Mix well and add melted butter. Stir in beaten eggs. Pour into a greased 1 quart casserole dish. Place into a pan of hot water in the oven (Bain Marie). Bake at 325 degrees for 1- 1/2 hours until firm. Bake uncovered. Be careful when removing from oven as water can burn badly. The easiest way, if possible is to remove the casserole and let the water cool in the oven.
