Old Fashioned Coconut Pie
4 eggs
1 Tablespoon flour
1 cup sugar
1 Cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
¼ cup butter, cut into small pieces
1 ½ cup coconut
2-8 inch or 1-10 inch pie crust, unbaked
Beat together the eggs, flour, and sugar until fluffy. Add the milk, coconut, and butter. Beat untill mixed. Pour into pie crusts and bake in a 425 degree oven until set. (Bake approximately 25 minutes for 8 inch pies and 45 minutes for 10 inch pie.)
