Turkey Basting Sauces
1. Bristol Basting Sauce
½ cup boiling water
½ cup butter
1 8 oz can orange juice
Combine, pour over turkey. Baste every 20-30 minutes with pan juices until done.
2. Red Wine Basting Sauce
½ cup red wine
½ cup melted butter
Combine. Brush over turkey every 20-30 minutes until done.
