Pumpkin Smoothie
1 can (15 oz.) pure pumpkin puree, chilled
1 can (12 oz.) Evaporated milk, chilled
1 ½ cups orange juice
1 small sliced banana
1/3 cup packed light brown sugar
Ice cubes
Ground cinnamon (optional)
Ground cloves (optional)
Combine pumpkin, evaporated milk, orange juice, banana and brown sugar in blender container. Cover; blend until mixture is smooth. Pour over ice. Sprinkle with cinnamon and a tiny pinch of cloves. Makes 6 servings.
